"Welp... SOLD!

Been an interesting ride and we learned a ton but here’s our top three takeaways from our real estate journey...

1. If you start down the road with an agent that you help get one easy sale and they never even call you back about your other one, trust your gut and move on. It will serve you better later on.

2. The septic tank inspection business stinks. Literally. There are many, many, many crooks out there. You have no idea. But I do so just ask if you have a need. I’d be happy to warn you. I’d also be happy, happy, happy to tell you to use EcoClean. Every time.

3. Not all real estate agents are the same. Got lots of stories there too. Best one though? The best place we could have landed?

Sandra with the Keller Williams Real Estate. Calm, persistent, has your back, worked hard, HONEST, efficient, effective, showed up, never left us hanging, always in communication, never made us feel like money mattered over people, wait, did I say HONEST?!?

Do yourself a favor. We would not have made it without her.
